Sugar Land, Texas, United States – October 2024 – Cassandra Enger has taken on the role of Director of Talent Acquisition Process Optimization at ABM Industries. In this position, she will be responsible for driving process improvements, enhancing the efficiency of talent acquisition operations, and implementing strategic solutions to optimize recruitment outcomes across the organization.
Before joining ABM Industries, Cassandra worked at SABIC as the Global Talent Acquisition Planning Performance & Solutions Lead for 1 year and 7 months. In this role, she focused on strategic talent acquisition initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights to enhance global recruitment processes. Earlier at SABIC, she served as Manager, Talent Acquisition Americas for over 3 years, leading a diverse recruitment team across multiple countries.
Prior to SABIC, Cassandra was Director, RPO Client Delivery at Hudson RPO, where she supported SABIC’s recruitment efforts across the Americas. Her responsibilities included managing a team of recruiters to provide comprehensive recruiting services across various roles and locations for 8 months.
Cassandra also served as Senior Recruitment Delivery Manager, RPO Client Delivery at Marriott International for nearly 6 years. She managed recruitment teams, optimized workforce performance, and drove talent acquisition strategies to meet business goals.
Her earlier experience includes roles at PNC, Redfin, and T-Mobile, where she contributed to talent sourcing, candidate development, and recruitment strategy execution.
