Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Paras Health has announced the elevation of Vineet Aggarwal to Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO), effective immediately. Since joining the organization in September 2021 as Chief Information Officer (CIO), he has played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Vineet Aggarwal has been a key leader at Paras Health for over three years, initially serving as Group CIO, where he led digital transformation initiatives, automation, AI-driven analytics, and operational optimizations. His leadership resulted in improved efficiency, new revenue streams, and enhanced patient experiences.
Before joining Paras Health, Vineet Aggarwal was Head of IT at SRL Diagnostics, where he spearheaded major tech innovations in AI-based automation, digital pathology, and e-commerce platforms, significantly boosting digital sales from ₹30 lakh per month to ₹3 crore per month. His contributions in AI-driven customer segmentation and RPA automation led to direct revenue impacts exceeding ₹64 crore per annum.
Earlier, he held senior IT leadership roles at Indus Towers Limited, where he led cloud adoption, ERP transformation, and IT strategy initiatives, contributing to scalability and operational efficiency across 10,000+ field force and warehouses. His tenure at PwC as Principal Consultant and Siemens IT Solutions & Services further solidified his expertise in enterprise IT solutions, process automation, and digital transformation strategies.
His early career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) provided a strong foundation in custom application development, database management, and business intelligence, positioning him as a technology-driven leader with a strategic business focus.
