New Delhi, Delhi, India, February 2025 – Vineet Kapur has joined The Oberoi Group as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he will lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and operational finance functions. With an extensive career spanning finance leadership, strategic planning, and corporate governance, his expertise will play a pivotal role in driving The Oberoi Group’s financial excellence and growth.
Before joining The Oberoi Group, Vineet served as Group Finance Controller at CK Birla Group, overseeing financial planning, risk management, and strategic initiatives for the diversified business conglomerate. Prior to that, he was Vice President & CFO – Farm Division at Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, where he led financial transformation and operational efficiencies across the company’s farm equipment business.
Earlier in his career, Vineet held leadership roles as Executive Director & CFO at CRH and Chief Financial Officer & Whole-time Director at Carrier HVAC, driving financial performance, compliance, and global expansion strategies. His international exposure includes roles at Carrier EMEA HQ in Paris and Cairo, as well as finance leadership positions at General Motors and Deloitte & Touche – India.
With his global financial expertise and strategic leadership, Vineet’s appointment at The Oberoi Group is set to enhance the company’s financial resilience, operational efficiency, and long-term growth strategy.
