New Delhi, India, July 2025 — Vinod Singh has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Highway Roop Precision Technologies Ltd., bringing with him over 25 years of strategic HR leadership across the manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors. In this new role, he will spearhead talent strategy, organization development, and people practices to drive business transformation and growth.
Before joining Highway Roop, Vinod served as Director – Human Resources, EA&I (Plant Operations) at Gates Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing HR delivery across India. During his six-year tenure, he contributed significantly to talent development, operational HR, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple locations.
Previously, Vinod led HR across Asia Pacific at GKN Driveline, and held senior HR positions at Bunge India, Goodyear India, Fresenius Kabi, and Ranbaxy’s offshoot Rexcin Pharmaceuticals. His responsibilities included large-scale workforce integration, leadership development, labor relations, and policy alignment across multi-plant environments.
Vinod holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (HRD) from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management. A people-first leader with a strong foundation in HR systems and processes, his appointment aligns with Highway Roop’s vision of strengthening its workforce and driving excellence across global OEM supply chains.
