With nearly 14 years of experience across financial advisory, audit, and consulting, Vishaka brings deep expertise in financial analysis, strategic transactions, and client advisory, underpinned by a decade-long journey within EY.
Vishaka has been an integral part of EY for close to ten years, progressing steadily through roles such as Associate, Senior Associate, and Associate Vice President before assuming her current position. Her career trajectory reflects consistent professional growth and strong proficiency in transaction structuring, financial due diligence, and risk assessment—helping clients navigate complex financial environments with precision and insight.
Before joining EY, Vishaka was associated with Deloitte Haskins & Sells S.r.l., where she audited financial statements of major private sector banks in India. During her tenure, she gained significant experience in regulatory compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting under the frameworks of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Her analytical depth and technical knowledge continue to contribute to EY’s mission of delivering exceptional client value and trust in capital markets.
In her new capacity, Vishaka will play a key role in Transaction Advisory Services, supporting strategic growth, mergers, and financial consulting mandates across sectors.
