Hyderabad, Telangana, India, October 2025 — Dr. Dhrítí Tupe, GxP Expert®, has joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Site Quality Head, bringing over two decades of expertise in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing excellence. In her new role, she will oversee quality operations and compliance frameworks to ensure global manufacturing standards across Dr. Reddy’s facilities, reinforcing the company’s reputation for scientific rigor and operational integrity.
Before joining Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Dr. Tupe served as Quality Compliance Lead at Pfizer, where she led several key initiatives in GxP and regulatory alignment across manufacturing operations. Her tenure was marked by strong cross-functional leadership and implementation of compliance systems that enhanced quality efficiency and audit readiness across the organization.
Previously, she worked with ProPharma Group as a Compliance Consultant and GxP Auditor, where she conducted international audits, advised on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensured alignment with ICH and FDA standards. Earlier, as General Manager and Head of Quality Assurance & Compliance at Bio Scientific Research Laboratories (I) Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Tupe established end-to-end quality systems and drove initiatives to elevate compliance culture across the organization.
Dr. Tupe’s earlier experience includes more than a decade at Enem Nostrum Remedies Pvt. Ltd. (CRO) as Manager – Quality Assurance (cGMP), where she played a critical role in setting up QA systems, managing FDA and sponsor audits, and ensuring adherence to international regulatory frameworks. She began her career at Cipla as a Research Scientist, focusing on analytical method validation and quality control processes that strengthened her foundation in pharmaceutical science.
With her comprehensive experience spanning quality leadership, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement, Dr. Dhrítí Tupe is set to strengthen Dr. Reddy’s global quality systems and contribute to its mission of advancing reliable, high-quality healthcare solutions worldwide.
