Makhija brings a strong entrepreneurial background, having co-founded ventures such as Taiyaar, which focused on mentoring hidden talent from smaller cities across India, and DRUT Consulting, a strategic business consulting firm that helped startups secure funding and growth. His ability to combine business strategy with talent development has been central to his career journey.
He has also held key leadership roles at SuperProcure, where he led global sales, Sigmoid, a Sequoia-funded analytics firm, and Beroe Inc., where he built the APAC market from the ground up and expanded it into a multimillion-dollar business. His international career spans across the United States, Middle East, and India, reflecting his ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures effectively.
Earlier in his career, Makhija held leadership positions at Evalueserve, ArabEasy, and Masters’ Union, contributing to sales, research, and international relations. He also began his career through the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program (ABGLP), gaining exposure to corporate strategy, sales, and operations across multiple businesses. Known for building high-performance teams and driving sustainable growth, Makhija brings a proven record of business transformation and global client engagement.
