Vishal Mariya Appointed as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Kolte-Patil Developers

Pune, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Kolte-Patil Developers has announced the appointment of Vishal Mariya as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bringing nearly two decades of experience in HR leadership, Vishal will spearhead the company’s people strategy, talent development, and cultural transformation as the organization continues its growth journey.

Before joining Kolte-Patil Developers, Vishal served as Vice President – Human Resources at KEC International Ltd., where he led HR functions across strategic business units and drove talent transformation programs. Earlier, as Chief Human Resources Officer at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd., he was responsible for shaping people practices, organization design, and leadership development initiatives.

Prior to that, Vishal was associated with CEAT Limited as General Manager – Human Resources, where he managed HR strategy across sales, marketing, R&D, and projects. His career also includes an extensive tenure with Godrej Properties Limited, where he served in multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior General Manager – Human Resources, General Manager – Human Resources, and Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, contributing to the company’s expansion and talent management framework.

Earlier, Vishal worked with Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where he was instrumental in managing HR operations for the company’s joint venture with Darling Group in Africa, overseeing due diligence, employee transitions, and CXO-level talent acquisition. He also contributed to HR transformation during his roles as Manager and Deputy General Manager – Human Resources at Godrej Consumer Products and Manager – Human Resources at Godrej Agrovet Limited.

With his extensive background across multiple industries and proven expertise in talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, Vishal is well-positioned to lead Kolte-Patil Developers’ HR function and strengthen its employer brand as it prepares for future growth.
