Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2024 – Vishalli Dongrie has joined Arthur D. Little to lead the Organizational, People, and Culture Transformation Practice for the Middle East and India.
Reflecting on her new role, Vishalli shared, “After 14 years as a partner in two Big 4 firms, I am thrilled to embark on a new chapter by joining the world’s first strategy firm, Arthur D. Little (ADL). I will be leading the Organization, People, and Culture for Middle East and India and support Global in building this practice under transformation. I am looking forward to this journey!”
Prior to this, Vishalli served as the Partner and Head of Organization, People, Leadership Transformation at KPMG for over eight years. She led various transformation initiatives and drove leadership and talent development projects in the Mumbai area, India.
Vishalli’s career also includes a significant tenure at Deloitte, where she was the Partner for Organization and People Transformation for eight years. She headed all service lines in human capital consulting, including talent and leadership, performance and reward, organizational design and development, merger and acquisition, and HR transformation.
Before her time at Deloitte, Vishalli was the Director and Head of BFSI Talent and Organizational Consulting at Hewitt Associates for eight months, where she focused on talent and organizational consulting for the BFSI sector.
She also held the position of Principal Consultant for Human Capital Consulting at ECS Private Limited for over three years, specializing in talent and leadership, as well as organizational development.
