Having previously served as CEO of LAS-1 and as a Whole-time Director, Vivek now leads the unified LAS division, driving strategic growth and innovation in automotive lighting and alternate fuel solutions.
This restructuring reflects Uno Minda’s commitment to enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resources, and accelerating the company’s role in sustainable mobility. The integration of LAS-1 and LAS-2 will strengthen Uno Minda’s position in the evolving automotive sector, with a focus on alternative fuel technologies, energy-efficient lighting, and next-gen vehicle components.
Vivek Jindal has been with Uno Minda for over 18 years, holding several key leadership positions. As CEO and Whole-time Director, he played a crucial role in shaping the company’s business strategy, product innovation, and market expansion. Before his elevation, he held roles as Director & Deputy CEO, Deputy CEO, and President & Business Head, overseeing critical business functions and leading Uno Minda’s foray into new automotive technologies.
Beyond Uno Minda, Vivek has held leadership positions at Minda Westport Technologies Limited, CLARTON HORN, and ACMA India, bringing a wealth of industry experience and strategic insight to his new role. His expertise in automotive engineering, business planning, and market development makes him well-positioned to drive Uno Minda’s growth in lighting and alternate fuel technologies.
