Miami, Florida, USA, July 2024 – Viviana Santisteban has joined Goodwill Industries of South Florida as the new Vice President Human Resources. With extensive experience in global human resources management and organizational development, Viviana will lead HR operations to support the company’s strategic goals and enhance its workforce capabilities.
Viviana Santisteban has started her role as the Vice President Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of South Florida. Based in Miami, Florida, USA, she will oversee HR strategies, employee engagement, and talent management to drive organizational success.
Previously, Viviana served as the Vice President Human Resources at OCASA Life Sciences, where she managed HR functions across multiple regions, reduced employee turnover significantly, and achieved high employee satisfaction through engagement activities.
Prior to OCASA, Viviana was the Vice President Human Resources at VIVEX Biologics, where she successfully increased headcount rapidly to meet business goals and implemented a new performance management system to enhance employee morale and compensation.
At Accor, Viviana held the position of Director of Talent & Culture, collaborating with the Executive Committee in reopening the hotel post-COVID-19, involving talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance audits.
Viviana also served as a Human Resources Consultant at VAS HR Consulting, providing consulting services to various industries, enhancing digitalization of HR practices, and implementing strategic solutions for improved compliance and efficiency.
Earlier in her career, Viviana was the Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where she contributed to revenue optimization and secured the first Forbes Five-Stars rating for a hotel in Central and South America.
Viviana’s career began as the Director of Human Resources at The Biltmore Hotel and later as the Regional Director of Human Resources – Southern Region at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where she played a key role in recruitment and training for the luxury property.
