Waguih Nabil Joins Sika as New Head of HR

Sika welcomes Waguih Nabil as its new Head of HR. With a comprehensive background spanning over two decades in human resources within multiple industries, Nabil is set to lead Sika’s HR efforts in Cairo, Egypt, focusing on strategic talent management and organizational development.

Previously, Waguih Nabil held the role of Regional Human Resources Director at Infinity Towers for Urban Development, where he managed HR operations across Egypt and the UAE from June 2023 to March 2024. His responsibilities included the entire spectrum of HR functions from recruitment and compensation to succession planning and compliance with labor laws, significantly enhancing organizational efficiency and workforce management.

Before his tenure at Infinity Towers, Nabil served as the Human Resources Director at Atco Pharma for eight months, where he aligned HR strategies with overall business objectives, supporting company management in all aspects of HR including talent acquisition and organizational development.

In addition to these roles, Waguih has also contributed his expertise to Ghassan Aboud Group and Madinet Masr, showcasing his ability to drive HR functions in diverse settings, from pharmaceuticals to real estate development.
