Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, January 2025 – Waleed Almasri has been named the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SAFE I سيف, where he will lead the organization’s HR strategies to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. With over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, Waleed is poised to enhance SAFE’s people-focused culture and contribute to its continued growth across diverse business segments.
Before joining SAFE, Waleed served as HR and Business Support Director at Egis for three years, where he managed strategic HR functions and was a board member driving organizational policies and growth initiatives.

Previously, Waleed held leadership roles as Solution Development Director at Coursinity and HR Director at Pure Beverages Industry Company, where he focused on aligning HR strategies with organizational priorities and managing comprehensive HR operations.
From 2016 to 2020, Waleed served as HR and Admin Director – KSA at Liva Insurance, overseeing HR administration and employee engagement. Earlier, he held senior HR positions at organizations such as Al Raha Group for Technical Services, Saudi Central Bank – SAMA, and JPMorgan Chase, where he gained extensive experience in HR management and corporate governance.
His career also includes earlier roles at Emaar, The Economic City, Rubaiyat Group, and Saudi Airlines Catering Company, where he built a strong foundation in HR operations, technical management, and outsourcing.
