Sanofi, a leader in global healthcare, has welcomed Wanda Shoer as its new Chief Learning Officer. This role, which she began in April 2024, is expected to leverage her extensive background in strategic business operations and talent development, gathered over more than two decades of experience in the industry.
Before her current role at Sanofi, Wanda Shoer spent over 11 years at Johnson & Johnson, where she culminated her tenure as Head of Strategic Business Operations, Global Development. During her time there, she was instrumental in overseeing operations and strategic initiatives that fostered leadership development, talent management, and organizational excellence.
Her roles prior to Johnson & Johnson include significant positions where she led large-scale projects and developed strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance. Notably, she served as the Global Head of International Pharmacovigilance Strategy Realization, and before that, as Director, Strategy and Operations Support Leader at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on global medical safety.
Wanda’s earlier career also includes a tenure as Director of Talent Development Program Strategy & Deployment, where she crafted and deployed extensive training and development programs aimed at enhancing strategic and operational capabilities across the organization.
