Wayne Federation brings over 15 years of expertise in IT talent solutions and leadership to his new role at IntegraTouch. Most recently, he served as Executive Director – IT Talent Solutions for TechBridge Staffing, where he drove revenue growth, established strategic channel partnerships, and implemented hybrid onshore-offshore solutions that delivered measurable value for clients.
Previously, Wayne was the Senior Director – IT Talent at Aurora Staffing LLC, where he led recruiting operations, customized hiring strategies, and designed HR practices that increased productivity and retention. During his tenure, he was recognized for excellence in client satisfaction and performance.
As Director of IT Staffing & Solutions at Solü Technology Partners, Wayne expanded the company’s national footprint by establishing new offices and transforming recruitment processes, resulting in significant improvements in time-to-fill and employee retention.
Wayne also held leadership roles at Wellington Steele & Associates, Inc., where he managed enterprise client accounts, achieving a 92% consultant retention rate and growing annual contract revenues substantially. His efforts earned him accolades for top revenue production and operational scaling.
