This role is based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area, where Wes will continue to play a pivotal role in evolving HR strategies that drive Monogram Foods’ growth and operational excellence.
Wes Russell joined Monogram Foods in May 2023 as the Director, HR Business Partner. His rapid promotion to Sr. Director within just a year showcases his significant impact and expertise in human resources strategy aligned with business operations.
Before joining Monogram Foods, Wes was integral to the HR operations at AutoZone. From February 2022 to May 2023, he served as Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and prior to that, as Manager, Human Resources Business Partner from September 2017 to February 2022. His tenure at AutoZone was marked by strategic leadership in talent management and organizational development across the company’s numerous facilities.
Earlier in his career, Wes held the position of Director of Human Resources at Poplar Healthcare from February 2015 to September 2017, where he was responsible for staffing, onboarding, development, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role was pivotal as it involved overseeing HR operations for the largest physician-owned lab in the United States.
Wes’s HR expertise was further honed at PathAI Diagnostics and several other high-profile organizations, including significant tenures at ADP as Major Account District Manager and at Robert Half International. His foundational roles helped shape his skills in strategic HR management, policy development, and corporate recruiting.
