Tokyo, Japan, December 2025 — Wolly Wu has taken on a new role as HR, Head of Talent Acquisition and Accessibility Program(本社・グローバル採用部部長兼アクセシビリティ推進室責任者) at LIXIL, based in Tokyo, Japan. In this expanded leadership position, Wu is responsible for leading global talent acquisition at headquarters while also overseeing LIXIL’s accessibility promotion agenda, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to inclusive growth and global workforce excellence.
Before assuming the current role, Wolly Wu served as HR, Head of Talent Acquisition (HQ and Global) at LIXIL, where she played a key role in strengthening global hiring strategies and advancing enterprise-wide recruitment leadership from the corporate headquarters.
Prior to joining LIXIL, Wu spent over nine years at Microsoft, holding multiple senior leadership roles across Japan. Most recently, she served as Senior Sales Excellence Lead, focusing on business planning, sales modeling, growth planning, deal orchestration, and strategic advisory support to senior leadership teams.
Earlier at Microsoft, she held the role of Chief of Staff, Japan Microsoft Consulting Services, where she led business operations, performance management, delivery transformation, people and change management, and communications for a large consulting organization. She also served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Asia Talent Acquisition Manager, driving cross-border talent acquisition across Japan, China, APAC, Australia, and India, with a strong focus on diversity hiring and leadership development. Her early Microsoft career included roles as Japan Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruiter, where she built and scaled direct sourcing models and recruitment capabilities in Japan.
