Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, September 2025 – Entaj, one of Saudi Arabia’s fastest-growing poultry production companies, has announced the appointment of Mr. Yahya Walbi as Head of Human Resources. With over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience across food, housing, and shared services sectors, Mr. Walbi steps into this key role to lead Entaj’s people strategy, capability development, and HR transformation in alignment with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
In his new position, he will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment of human capital initiatives with business strategy, and driving talent development across Entaj’s expanding operations.
Prior to joining Entaj, Mr. Walbi served as HRBP Director at the Shared Services Program, where he was responsible for leading human resources business partnering across government service delivery functions for one year.
Before that, he spent nearly seven years with the National Housing Company (NHC), where he held several senior leadership roles including General Manager – Organization Development, Talent Management & HRIS, Director, and Senior Manager. During his time at NHC, he contributed to major organizational transformation efforts and played a key role in aligning HR operations with the company’s strategic housing development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he worked with NADEC Foods for over seven years, progressing through roles from Recruitment Specialist to Senior Recruitment Manager. He led local and international talent acquisition programs and supported workforce nationalization objectives.
