Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Yashpal Singh Parihar has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Sonovision HQ – Ortec Group, where he will lead the company’s HR strategies, drive employee development initiatives, and support business growth through people-centric practices and digital transformation in workforce solutions.
Prior to joining Sonovision, Yashpal served as Head of Talent Acquisition – CoE, APAC at RWS Group for nearly six years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping and executing large-scale hiring strategies, driving employer branding, and leading campus placement initiatives across the region.

Earlier, he worked as Head of Human Resources at Vinfotech, where he focused on enhancing internal job promotion programs and organizational leadership development, bringing a transformational approach to HR practices and employee engagement.
He also spent over two years at Canopus Infosystems, a CMMI Level 3 company, first as Talent Acquisition Lead and later as Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations, employee success programs, and strategic workforce planning.
Yashpal began his corporate journey with Wipro as a Senior Executive in Human Resources and had an extended stint at Colours as an HR Executive, where he built foundational expertise in people management and internal HR systems.
