Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 – Yashraj Kesharwani has been appointed as South India Business Head – Times of India (Brand Estate) at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India). In his new role, Yashraj will lead the South India real estate business under Brand Estate – Brand Capital, The Times Group, focusing on scaling strategic partnerships with developers and driving growth through media-for-equity models. His mandate includes building high-impact collaborations that leverage the unmatched reach and legacy of The Times Group to deliver transformative business outcomes across South India’s real estate landscape.
Yashraj Kesharwani joins The Times of India from ANAROCK, where he spent over two and a half years, most recently serving as Deputy Vice President – Business Strategy and Marketing. At ANAROCK, he played a key role in shaping strategic initiatives, brand positioning, and marketing operations across South India’s dynamic property market. His efforts in business planning, media strategy, and category management contributed to significant market visibility and growth.
Before his tenure at ANAROCK, Yashraj worked with Xanadu Realty, where he served as General Manager – Brand and Marketing Lead. In this role, he led integrated brand strategies, creative campaigns, and media planning efforts for several high-value projects. His contributions helped establish Xanadu’s brand presence in key regional markets through data-driven marketing initiatives and strategic collaborations.
Earlier in his career, Yashraj held leadership roles at Shriram Properties Ltd. and Puravankara Limited, where he led product marketing, business strategy, and market intelligence for both domestic and international markets. At Puravankara, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across the GCC region, driving sales growth and building relationships with high-net-worth clients and global partners.
Yashraj began his career in real estate sales and marketing with industry leaders such as Kalpataru Limited and Lodha Group, where he demonstrated a consistent track record of sales excellence, client management, and channel development. His early experiences in luxury real estate and marketing have provided him with a deep understanding of market behavior and customer engagement strategies that continue to shape his leadership today.
