Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, USA – Yolanda Royall-Williams has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Wireless Vision, stepping into this role after nearly eight years of significant contributions within the company. As of May 2024, she is poised to lead the HR strategy across the organization’s extensive network.
Her journey at Wireless Vision began in July 2016 as a Senior Director of Human Resources, where she played a critical role in shaping the HR landscape of the company. Over the years, Royall-Williams climbed the ranks, assuming the position of Vice President of People & Engagement, where she continued to enhance employee engagement and talent management across North America.
Before her tenure at Wireless Vision, Royall-Williams managed significant HR responsibilities at Party City as a Human Resources Manager, where she oversaw all aspects of HR for the Great Lakes region. Her experience also extends to Radio Shack, where she served as a Division ER Manager, handling employee relations and compliance issues across various states.
Earlier in her career, Royall-Williams held key positions at Verizon Wireless, contributing over a decade of service that saw her leading strategic HR initiatives to support business goals including customer growth and employee engagement.
