Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand – October 2024 – Yotsapat Pankum has taken on the role of Assistant Director of Talent & Culture at Rosewood Bangkok, where he will focus on driving talent management and cultural initiatives, aiming to enhance employee engagement and organizational development across the luxury hotel property.
Before joining Rosewood Bangkok, Yotsapat served as the People and Culture Manager – Talent Acquisition at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Bangkok for nearly 2 years. In this role, he was instrumental in developing comprehensive recruitment strategies, managing talent acquisition, and enhancing the onboarding process for both the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences at Chao Phraya River.
Prior to his tenure at Four Seasons, Yotsapat worked as the Manager of People & Culture & Training at Avani Hotels and Resorts in Bangkok for 1 year. He led HR operations, oversaw training programs, and ensured compliance with labor laws, while also managing recruitment, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
At Anantara Hotels, Resorts, and Spas, he held the position of Assistant Manager of People & Culture for nearly 4 years, where he focused on HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. He was also actively involved in supporting employee development and training programs, contributing to overall HR effectiveness.
Earlier in his career, Yotsapat worked as a Recruitment Manager at JB Hired, a recruitment consultancy firm, for 1 year and 6 months. During this period, he specialized in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing hiring processes, and driving engagement across various teams.
