Before her tenure at Caesars, Youshique served as Director of HRIS, Licensing, Total Rewards & Team Member Relations at Sky River Casino, where she focused on streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee engagement. Her expertise was further honed as Head of Human Resources at Royal Caribbean Group, where she managed HR functions for a global workforce.
Earlier in her career, Youshique worked as Human Resources Manager at Disney Cruise Line, overseeing talent management and operational HR strategies. She also held key HR roles at SuperClubs Hotels & Resorts and Atlantis Resorts, contributing significantly to workforce development in the hospitality industry.
