Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, January 2026 — Yves Guillermet has taken on the role of Head (a.i.) of Human Resources Heidelberg at Celonic Group. In this interim leadership position, he will oversee the human resources function at the company’s Heidelberg site, supporting workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness, and people operations during a phase of continued growth and expansion.
Yves brings more than three decades of international experience across strategic HR leadership, interim management, executive search, and organisational transformation. Prior to this appointment, he worked as an Interim Senior HR Consultant (Freelance), advising organisations in Heidelberg on complex HR challenges, change initiatives, and leadership matters.
Alongside his consulting work, Yves is Managing Director / Geschäftsführer at TalentsBridge, an HR boutique focused on strategic HR consulting, executive coaching, and leadership training for SMEs. He also serves as Associate Partner at LSCN GmbH, where he supports advisory, interim management, and mentoring engagements.
Earlier in his career, Yves held senior HR and executive roles across life sciences, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare sectors. These include Director HR & Administrative Processes at Novaliq GmbH, Senior Director Human Resources at Bürstner GmbH & Co. KG, Human Resources Consultant at Bausch + Lomb Surgical, and Senior HR Director worldwide at LION bioscience AG. He also spent formative years with Decathlon Deutschland, where he served as Head of HR Germany, among other leadership roles.
With deep expertise spanning HR operations, workforce planning, talent management, and GMP-regulated environments, Yves’s interim appointment is expected to strengthen HR leadership and organisational continuity at Celonic’s Heidelberg operations.
