South Africa, February 2025 – Ziphozihle Wonci has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer for Schneider Electric, Africa Region. In this role, he will lead financial strategy, governance, and operational efficiency to drive sustainable growth and innovation across the African markets.
With over 15 years of financial leadership experience, Ziphozihle brings a wealth of expertise in financial planning, business transformation, strategic investments, and compliance.
Prior to this, he served as CFO at Kimberly-Clark, where he played a critical role in business strategy, financial risk management, and optimizing working capital efficiency. Before that, he held key finance leadership roles at Mondelēz International, Galderma, and Nestlé, where he led business strategy execution, financial planning, and corporate governance across multiple regions.
