Washington, D.C., United States, June 2024 – Janice Stucke has joined CREW Network as the new Chief Financial Officer. Bringing extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning, Janice will oversee the financial operations of CREW Network, contributing to its mission of advancing women in commercial real estate.
Janice Stucke previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at Achieving the Dream from January 2022 to May 2024. In this role, she was responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and overseeing the financial operations, contributing significantly to the organization’s strategic initiatives.
Before her role at Achieving the Dream, Janice held various positions at SHRM, including Director of Finance & Business Analysis from March 2021 to October 2021, and Financial Services Manager from December 2019 to March 2021. In these roles, she provided financial insights, managed budgeting processes, and supported the executive team with financial planning and analysis.
Janice also served as the Controller at CertaTech Solutions from May 2019 to October 2019, where she managed financial reporting and budgeting processes. Earlier in her career, she was the Lead Accountant at CFO Services Group from August 2018 to May 2019, providing CFO-level support to small businesses across various industries.
She also held roles as a Small Business Advisor at Washington Area Community Investment Fund, Inc. (WACIF) from June 2014 to July 2018, a Program Manager at Maryland Department of Human Services from August 2011 to June 2014, and as an Employment Specialist Supervisor at International Rescue Committee from December 2009 to August 2011. Her extensive experience also includes roles as a Human Resources & Accounting Consultant at Clutch Group, LLP and a Cultural Orientation Specialist at Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego.
