Victoria has been with Thomas Franks Ltd for nearly six years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director – People & Training for approximately three years. In this position, she was responsible for leading the people and training initiatives, ensuring the development and growth of the company’s workforce.
Before being promoted to Director, Victoria was the Head of HR at Thomas Franks Ltd for three years. She successfully managed HR operations, implemented strategic HR policies, and contributed significantly to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Victoria’s journey with Thomas Franks Ltd began as an HR Manager, a role she held for over seven years. Her dedication and effective management skills were instrumental in driving the company’s HR practices during her tenure.
Prior to joining Thomas Franks Ltd, Victoria took a career break for caregiving from 2008 to 2010 in England.
Before her career break, Victoria was the Head of HR at Alliance Medical Ltd for four years. She managed HR operations at the Warwickshire, England site, and played a key role in shaping the HR strategies to support the company’s objectives.
Victoria also served as an HR Manager at Thames Valley Police for four years, where she was responsible for HR functions in Oxfordshire, England. Her role involved managing HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
