With over nine years of experience within the company, Parul brings extensive expertise in human resources to her new role, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy and operations.
Parul Sharma has been a key member of the HDFC Life team for over nine years, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication in various roles. Before her promotion to Vice President, she served as the Associate Vice President Human Resources for nearly three years, where she was instrumental in driving HR initiatives and supporting the company’s growth through effective people management strategies.
Prior to her role as Associate Vice President, Parul was the Senior Human Resources Manager for almost four years. During this time, she played a crucial role in managing HR operations and implementing policies that fostered a positive workplace culture.
Parul began her journey at HDFC Life as a Manager-Human Resources, a position she held for three years. In this role, she oversaw HR functions, ensured compliance with labor laws, and managed employee relations, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
Before joining HDFC Life, Parul worked at EY as a Consultant-Advisory Services for nearly a year. In this capacity, she provided HR advisory services, helping clients optimize their human resources strategies and processes.
Earlier in her career, Parul was a Senior Associate Lead-HR at Infosys for almost three years. Her responsibilities included formulating and implementing HR policies, conducting HR process audits, and leading the annual compensation review program. She also led a team responsible for setting up employment and immigration processes in emerging markets.
