Dallas, Texas, United States, July 2024 – Anthony Donato has joined the incredible teams at Call Box and Car Wars as the new Chief People Officer. With an impressive background in human resources and organizational development, Anthony brings a wealth of experience to both companies, aiming to enhance their culture and drive strategic growth.
Anthony Donato joins Call Box and Car Wars from PeopleSherpa, where he served as Advisor for approximately 6 years and 8 months. In this role, he provided full-service People Operations expertise in culture, leadership, and team development, and developed a comprehensive onboarding program for a large university.
Prior to PeopleSherpa, Anthony was with RPM Living for around 1 year and 11 months, initially as Director of Human Resources for approximately 1 year and later as Vice President of Human Resources for around 11 months. He played a crucial role in growing the company from 1000 associates to almost 3000 through mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth.
Anthony also served as Vice President of Human Resources at the Atlanta Hawks for about 3 years and 3 months, where he led human resources, payroll, benefits, facilities, and office operations for the NBA team and Philips Arena. He steadily progressed from manager, senior manager, director, and senior director to vice president during his 12 years and 4 months tenure at the Atlanta Hawks.
Earlier in his career, Anthony worked as Human Resources Manager at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. for approximately 6 years and 2 months, supporting several divisions including Turner Entertainment, Cable News Network, and Turner Corporate. He addressed and resolved employee relations issues, coached and counseled managers, and developed various HR programs and initiatives.
