Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2024 – Bhawana Dhawan has joined Knauf India as Director – Talent & Sustainability, where she will oversee strategic initiatives for talent management and sustainability, fostering organizational growth and community impact. With her vast HR expertise, Bhawana will drive Knauf India’s vision of quality and sustainability while strengthening talent acquisition and development strategies.
Bhawana previously served as Associate Vice President at Groupe SEB India, where she led HR strategies and initiatives for a year and a half, strengthening the organization’s human capital and driving talent acquisition and engagement.
Prior to that, she held multiple leadership roles at pladis Global, including HR Lead for Western Europe and Emerging Markets, and Head of HR for India & South Asia. Over six years, she was instrumental in driving leadership recruitment, organizational restructuring, and leadership capability development across geographies.
Bhawana also worked with United Biscuits, where she managed performance reviews, employee communication, and high-potential mapping processes over a five-year tenure. Earlier in her career, she contributed to talent management and employee engagement at IndiGo Airlines and InterGlobe General Aviation Pvt. Limited, further solidifying her expertise in HR.
