Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Shipra Jassy has joined Assystem in India as Head – Talent Acquisition – New Business, where she will be leading strategic recruitment initiatives for emerging business lines in India’s fast-evolving energy and infrastructure sectors. Based in Gurugram, Shipra is set to spearhead leadership hiring and drive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the company’s mission of advancing low-carbon solutions.
Prior to joining Assystem, Shipra spent over six years with Greenko Group, where she held senior HR roles including Deputy General Manager HR and Assistant General Manager HR. Her work there focused on executive hiring, strategic recruitment planning, and organizational development for one of India’s leading renewable energy companies.
Earlier, she worked at Orange Renewable as Assistant General Manager, playing a key role in building HR capabilities during the company’s scale-up phase before its acquisition by Greenko. She began her HR career at Indiabulls Power, where she spent nearly seven years and grew through progressive roles in HR operations and talent strategy.
Shipra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, equipping her with a strong foundation in strategic HR practices.
