London Area, United Kingdom, July 2024 – Swarnali Roy Choudhury has joined Twinings as the new Head of HR Operations, Twinings (Tea Supply Chain India). With a diverse HR background spanning multiple industries, Swarnali brings extensive expertise in HR management and operations to her new role.
Swarnali previously served as Manager HR at Vesuvius India & South East Asia for 9 months in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Her role involved overseeing HR operations and implementing effective HR strategies.
Prior to that, she worked at Würth India as Manager – Human Resources for 7 months and as Assistant Manager – Human Resources for 2 years. She handled various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
Swarnali also gained significant experience at Berger Paints India where she worked for nearly 5 years in Talent Acquisition. Her responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and hiring for both management and non-management positions across India.
Her early career includes roles at Emami Ltd in HR operations and internships in recruitment and selection at Berger Paints India Limited and Emami Limited. She also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Altius Consultant.
