Texas City, Texas, United States, July 2024 – Whitney Rainey has joined Dunn Heat Exchangers Inc. as the new Head of Human Resources. With a robust background in human resources, Whitney brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role.
Prior to joining Dunn Heat Exchangers, Whitney served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at USA DeBusk in Deer Park, Texas, for six months. Her role involved managing HR functions and supporting business operations.
Before that, she held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, Inc. from August 2022 to November 2023, where she focused on HR strategy and operations.
Whitney also worked at A&A Machine and Fabrication for over nine years, initially as an HR Specialist and later as a Human Resources Safety Manager. She was responsible for formulating HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and overseeing safety programs.
Her earlier roles include Benefits and Wellness Manager at A&A Machine and Fabrication, Customer Service Representative at XtraLight Manufacturing, and Administrative Assistant at United Space Alliance.
