Quincy, Massachusetts, United States, October 2024 – Shields Health has appointed Tanya Hahn as its new Chief Talent Officer. Tanya will lead the talent strategies and human resources operations for the company, which provides MRI, PET/CT, and surgical services to patients across more than 50 locations in New England. In this role, she will be responsible for driving Shields Health’s talent initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring the company continues to attract and retain top talent.
Prior to joining Shields Health, Tanya was Senior Vice President, Head of Talent Acquisition at BAYADA Home Health Care, where she led talent acquisition strategy across the global home health organization, overseeing an enterprise-wide transformation in talent operations for nearly two years.
Before that, she held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Tufts Medicine, where she led system-wide talent acquisition efforts and played a key role in the organization’s HR transformation, integrating talent management processes across multiple hospitals and care networks.
Earlier in her career, Tanya spent over three years at Indiana University Health as Vice President, Human Resources – Talent Acquisition, where she was responsible for leading the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies for the largest health system in Indiana.
Tanya has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having also served as Director of Physician Recruitment and Talent Acquisition at Community Health Network and held various roles in talent acquisition leadership.
