Quincy, Massachusetts, United States, October 2024 – Personify Health has appointed Anna Savelio as their new Vice President, Global Total Rewards. Anna will lead the company’s global total rewards strategy, aligning compensation and benefits programs to support the attraction, retention, and engagement of talent globally. She will drive initiatives to enhance the employee experience and ensure Personify Health remains competitive in the market.
Anna most recently served as a Total Rewards Consultant at Savelio Consulting, where she specialized in providing strategic guidance on compensation and rewards programs for various organizations.
Before that, she held the position of Head of Total Rewards at Adeia, where she managed executive compensation, benefits strategy, and people analytics, driving key improvements in attraction and retention initiatives.
For over seven years, Anna was Director of Total Rewards, Payroll, and HR Systems at Virgin Orbit. During her tenure, she oversaw the development of comprehensive rewards programs, benefits strategies, and payroll management, as well as HR system implementations to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
In her earlier career, Anna worked at Broadcom Inc. as a Global Compensation Partner, where she led compensation initiatives across 20 countries, enhancing global compensation programs and developing analytic dashboards to support decision-making.
Prior to that, she served at Rockwell Collins as a Strategic Global Compensation Partner, where she focused on developing global compensation strategies, enhancing reward systems, and driving HR service delivery improvements.
