New York, New York, United States, July 2024 – Nicole Amodei has begun her new position as Senior Director, HR Business Partnership and Enablement at Bond Vet. In this role, Nicole will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and enabling HR business partnerships to support the company’s growth and success.
Nicole brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership and talent management. Prior to joining Bond Vet, she was a Member at Knoetic | CPOHQ and Chief, where she contributed her expertise in HR strategy and leadership. She has also been an Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council since 2018, providing valuable insights into HR best practices.
In her recent role as Head of People Operations at Trail of Bits, Nicole led HR operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Before that, she served at Better as the Global Head of People Operations, where she managed a large team across multiple regions and focused on HR technology, analytics, and operations.
Nicole’s experience also includes her tenure as Director, People Systems & Analytics at Better, where she oversaw the implementation and maintenance of HR technology tools and data analytics. She has held various HR leadership roles at Rent The Runway, Gympass, and Amazon, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
