Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2024 – Shlesha Singh has been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President at Aditya Birla Capital. With extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategies, Shlesha brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Shlesha’s recent position at Aditya Birla Capital was as Lead Talent Management, OD & OE, where she served for over two years. In this role, she was instrumental in driving talent management initiatives and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Aditya Birla Capital, Shlesha worked at AECOM as a Senior HRBP in Gurugram, Haryana, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and talent management for over a year. She also had a brief tenure at JSW Energy Ltd as a Sr Manager Talent Management, where she was responsible for overseeing talent development programs.
Shlesha spent nearly five years at Reliance Industries Limited in various roles such as Senior Manager People Development CoE, Senior Manager, and Manager. During her time at Reliance, she managed recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement for the Technology CoE.
Her career began with an internship at Tata Advanced Systems Ltd in Hyderabad, where she undertook various HR projects, including workshops on performance normalization, benefits benchmarking, and developing performance management system (PMS) modules.
