In her new role, Jenn will oversee the company’s people strategy, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, driving cultural initiatives, and aligning HR practices with business goals. This promotion recognizes her significant contributions to the company’s growth and culture.
Jenn Nault has been with RevPartners for over two years, where she previously served as Senior Director of People & Culture. In this role, she was responsible for leading various HR initiatives, including talent strategy, development programs, and stakeholder engagement. Her leadership in these areas has been instrumental in shaping the company’s HR landscape.
Prior to this, Jenn held the position of Director of People Operations at RevPartners, where she focused on building HR systems, improving operational efficiencies, and fostering a positive work environment. Before joining RevPartners, Jenn was the Director of People & Operations at TableUp (acquired by TouchBistro), where she played a critical role in developing HR strategies and managing operations for the company.
Jenn’s earlier career includes roles such as Real Estate Manager at IGT and Operations Manager at Upserve, where she honed her skills in operations management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership. She also served as the Head of Facilities Management & Administrative Services at Alex and Ani, managing extensive facilities and operations across multiple locations.
