Whiteley, England, United Kingdom, August 2024 – Elliott Bryant-Jeffries has embarked on a new journey as the Head of People at Gattaca. In his new role, Elliott will be responsible for leading the company’s people strategy, focusing on enhancing organizational culture and driving employee engagement.
Elliott has been with Gattaca for nearly three years. Prior to his current position, he served as the Head of HR Operations, Facilities, and Group Admin, where he managed the operational aspects of HR, facilities, and global HR functions. He was instrumental in embedding Gattaca’s culture and values, implementing a performance management process, and improving employee engagement through the use of Workday Peakon.
Before joining Gattaca, Elliott was the Head of HR Operations at VIVID, one of the largest providers of affordable homes on the South Coast of England. There, he led a team responsible for employee relations, recruitment, and HR processes while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Elliott also spent nearly a decade at Southampton Football Club, where he held several HR leadership roles, including Senior HR Business Partner and Interim HR Director. His efforts at SFC included driving key people strategy projects, enhancing compliance, and developing a high-performance culture, which led to the club winning the Company of the Year at the Employee Engagement Awards.
Earlier in his career, Elliott worked at the NHS in various HR roles, where he gained extensive experience in HR support services, payroll, and regional HR operations.
