Ravi joined Welspun World over a year ago as VP & Head-Global Talent. In this role, he played a crucial part in driving the company’s talent acquisition and development strategies, contributing to the company’s rapid growth and success.
Before his tenure at Welspun World, Ravi served as a Principal at Odgers Berndtson, a global executive search and leadership development firm, where he was responsible for leading significant talent assessment and management projects.
Earlier in his career, Ravi held various leadership roles, including Business Head-Career Access at Executive Access India, Associate Director & Head-West India Operations at RGF Professional Recruitment, and Sr. General Manager-Key Accounts at Randstad India. His extensive experience spans across multiple domains, including engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and pharma, showcasing his expertise in talent management and organizational growth.
