Stockholm, Sweden, August 2024 – Iver Sverige has appointed Adelie Örnhall as the new Chief People and Culture Officer. Adelie will be leading the People & Culture team and contributing to the company’s mission of driving engagement and sustainability. Adelie expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “This is truly my dream job, and I am thrilled to join Iver’s Leadership Team.”
Prior to joining Iver, Adelie was the Vice President of People & Organisation for Northern Europe at TOMRA Collection for over six years. She focused on leadership development, digital transformation, and HR strategy execution across the Nordics and Baltics.
Adelie also served as HR Director for Northern Europe at TOMRA Collection, where she established the HR structure and aligned it with company strategies, covering employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
Earlier, Adelie held the position of HR Manager Nordic at KYOCERA Document Solutions Sweden, managing HR processes across the Northern Region and playing a key role in transformation, change management, and succession planning.
Before her roles at TOMRA and KYOCERA, Adelie worked at Swesale Rekrytering & Bemanning as an HR Manager and Partner, where she managed HR functions, employer branding, and recruitment projects. She also held various HR roles at Prime Bemanning AB and Academic Work, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment and HR policies.
