Arppna Mehra Appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Honeywell, India

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2024 – Arppna Mehra has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Honeywell, India. In this role, Arppna will be responsible for driving HR strategy, enhancing talent management, and leading change initiatives to support Honeywell’s growth and innovation in India. Her strategic leadership will be instrumental in aligning the company’s human resources practices with its global objectives.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Arppna served as the India HR Head & Global HR Leader for DTS at HARMAN International for approximately 2 years. In this capacity, she led HR initiatives across India and played a pivotal role in the global HR strategy for the DTS business unit, focusing on change management, M&A integration, and operational excellence.

Before her tenure at HARMAN, Arppna was the Vice President HR, Engineering Centers, Capgemini Engineering, Global Business Line at Capgemini Engineering for nearly 2 years. She was instrumental in managing the HR functions for global engineering centers and spearheaded change management initiatives following the acquisition of Altran by Capgemini.

Earlier in her career, Arppna served as the Global Head of Human Resources at Aricent (acquired by Altran), where she oversaw HR operations and strategic initiatives for about 5 and a half years, focusing on talent strategy, business partnering, and organizational restructuring.

Arppna has also held significant roles at Xerox Business Services for over 13 years, eventually becoming the Vice President-Human Resources APAC. In this role, she was responsible for the human capital strategy for a workforce of 20,000 employees across the APAC region, driving key initiatives in HR transformation, shared services, and global competency centers.

She began her career with roles at STG Inc., Ernst & Young, and Satyam Infoway, where she developed expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, and compensation analysis.
