New Delhi, India, August 2024 – Harish Kaushik has taken on the role of Vice President-Sales & COCO Store Operations at Revolt Motors, India’s leading electric bike manufacturer. In this position, Harish will be responsible for scaling up operations and ensuring that EBITDA targets are met, further driving the success of Revolt Motors in the rapidly growing EV market.
Before joining Revolt Motors, Harish served at Bajaj Auto Ltd for approximately 8 years in various leadership roles. His last position was as Division Manager where he managed sales, service, and retail finance for the Delhi NCR region, among other responsibilities. He played a pivotal role in launching the organization’s first set of EV products in Delhi NCR, liaising with government officials to ensure smooth operations.
Prior to that, Harish held the position of Divisional Manager for West Bengal and the North East Region, where he managed sales, service, and marketing activities, successfully increasing market share across segments. His strategic acumen was further demonstrated as the Regional Manager for Odisha, where he significantly improved market share in multiple segments, earning accolades such as the Sueo Yamaguchi Award for best practices.
Earlier in his career, Harish worked as a TOC Consultant at Valvoline Cummins Pvt Ltd, where he applied the Theory of Constraints to help organizations improve profitability and business flow. He also held leadership roles in strategy, SCM, and logistics at FORVIA HELLA and was instrumental in driving business strategy and operational excellence.
