Plymouth, Minnesota, United States, August 2024 – Crystal Chojnowski has taken on the new role of Director, Human Resources at NatureWorks. With over two years of experience at NatureWorks, Crystal will now lead the Human Resources team, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to promote professional development, execute HR programs, and cultivate a highly talented and collaborative workplace culture to meet the needs of a growing business.
Before her promotion, Crystal served as Human Resources Manager at NatureWorks, where she played a crucial role in managing performance management, talent management, employee relations, and other HR functions across the global organization.
Prior to joining NatureWorks, Crystal was a Human Resource Manager at Conagra Brands for nearly eight years, partnering with Plant Operations Leadership to manage recruitment, policy development, training, and employee relations.
Earlier in her career, Crystal worked at GE, first as a Human Resources Generalist and later as an HR Specialist, where she supported supply chain operations and implemented key HR initiatives across multiple U.S. locations.
