Birmingham, England, United Kingdom, September 2024 – Alison Perks has been appointed as the new Head of People Experience at Nacro, effective September 2024. In this role, Perks will be responsible for leading and enhancing Nacro’s people and culture strategies, focusing on employee experience, engagement, and development.
Prior to joining Nacro, Alison Perks served as People Services Lead at Nacro for approximately 8 months, where she managed various HR initiatives and supported organizational change.
Before her role at Nacro, Perks was the Head of People – Production at Cazoo for about 1 year and 4 months. In this position, she led HR efforts for the production team, focusing on talent management and organizational development.
Her previous experience includes serving as Group HR Director at SMH Fleet Solutions Limited for approximately 3 years. During her tenure, she oversaw HR functions across the group, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Before joining SMH Fleet Solutions, Perks held the role of Group Head of HR at The Arctos Group of Companies for about 5 years and 3 months, where she managed HR functions for multiple companies under the Arctos umbrella.
Earlier in her career, Perks was the Founding Director at Arden Legal Ltd for approximately 7 years and 5 months. She established and led this legal recruitment business, specializing in private practice appointments.
