Before joining Capgemini, Chintal Bhadiadra held various senior roles at Vodafone Idea Limited, including Lead – HR Operations and Head of Process and Architecture, where she played a pivotal role in post-merger integrations and process optimization. Her contributions in streamlining operations and aligning processes for the Vodafone-Idea merger underscore her ability to manage complex transitions seamlessly.
Earlier in her career, Chintal held leadership roles at Idea Cellular Ltd and Job’s Valley Recruitment Firm Pvt. Ltd., gaining extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR analytics, and business strategy. She has successfully led projects involving process centralization, shared service offerings, and compliance handling, all while driving growth and innovation.
