Tania Daniell Appointed as Chief People Officer at Novita

Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, September 2024 – Tania Daniell has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Novita, starting in September 2024. In her new role, Daniell will lead Novita’s human resources strategy, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Novita, Tania Daniell served as the Director of Workforce Alignment at TAFE SA for approximately 5 months, where she was responsible for aligning workforce strategies with organizational goals and enhancing employee performance and development.

Before her tenure at TAFE SA, Daniell was a Council Member at the South Australian Skills Commission for about 1 year and 7 months. In this role, she engaged with industry stakeholders to support workforce development and contributed to strategic policy initiatives.

Daniell’s previous role was as the General Manager of Human Resources at Saab Australia for over 8 years. There, she managed HR functions across the organization, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and strategic HR leadership.

Before Saab Australia, she worked as a Human Resources Manager at Bentleys SA for nearly 8 years. Daniell was instrumental in handling HR functions, including employee management, organizational development, and strategic HR planning.

Earlier in her career, Daniell held roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Lynch Meyer Commercial Lawyers, where she managed HR and financial services functions. Her experience includes positions such as Finance and HR/Administration Manager at Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal and Corporate Sales and Lending Relationship Manager/Learning and Development Lead at Commonwealth Bank.
