San Jose, Costa Rica, September 2024 – Natalia Moya has been appointed as the Head of People Partners LAM at A.P. Moller – Maersk. In this new role, she will oversee the People Partners team across the Latin America region, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and aligning human resources strategies with the company’s objectives.
Natalia Moya brings extensive experience to her new role. Most recently, she served as the Regional Head of People Partners CAC-Mexico & Americas at A.P. Moller – Maersk for approximately 1 year. In this role, she was responsible for providing strategic guidance and advisory services across the region. Prior to this, she was the Regional Head of People Partners Central and Middle America at the same company for about 2 years, where she worked on process improvements and regional HR initiatives. Her earlier role at A.P. Moller – Maersk was as the Americas People Advisory Manager – People Partnering Org, where she spent roughly 1 year focusing on employee relations and advisory functions.
Before joining A.P. Moller – Maersk, Natalia was a Senior Implementation HR Generalist / HRBP at APM Terminals for approximately 5 years. There, she was involved in developing and implementing HR policies, performance evaluations, and recruitment processes.
Prior to APM Terminals, Natalia worked at Citi, where she held multiple roles. As an HR Service Center Operations Manager for about 3.5 years, she managed learning operations, developed strategic HR relationships, and led global process standardization efforts. Before that, she was a Financial Reporting Analyst & Team Coordinator at Citi for about 3 years, managing financial reporting processes and overseeing a team of analysts.
Earlier in her career, Natalia worked at Procter & Gamble for about 10 months as a Plant Accounting, NA Cost Accounting. In this role, she was responsible for month-end close activities, cost accounting for multiple manufacturing plants, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
