Greater Indianapolis, United States, September 2024 – Kris King has been appointed as Vice President, People & Culture – Americas at Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he will lead the company’s HR strategy across the Americas. With a focus on enhancing organizational culture, talent development, and employee engagement, Kris will play a pivotal role in supporting Telix’s growth and innovation in the biopharmaceutical sector.
Kris King brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as Director, Head of People and Culture – Americas at Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited, a position he held for over two years. In this capacity, Kris led HR operations, contributing significantly to the company’s expansion and talent management strategies in the region.
Before joining Telix, Kris worked at Novartis for four years, serving as Associate Director, People & Organization for the United States and Canada. His responsibilities included overseeing HR functions, talent management, and organizational development for the region. Kris also held roles as Human Resources Manager during his tenure at Novartis, further honing his leadership in HR strategy and operational excellence.
Prior to Novartis, Kris gained valuable experience at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK as an HR Business Partner, and earlier in his career, he worked as an HR Analyst at LIDS Sports Group and HR Generalist at Calumet Specialty.
