Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, September 2024 – Himanshi Jain has been promoted to the role of Assistant Vice President – Organization Effectiveness & Transformation at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, where she will oversee the company’s strategic initiatives in organizational transformation and effectiveness. In this role, she will focus on enhancing the company’s organizational capabilities and ensuring smooth transformation processes across multiple business units.
Himanshi has been with Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited for over a year and a half. Prior to her promotion, she served as General Manager – Organization Effectiveness, where she led multiple transformation initiatives and contributed significantly to improving organizational performance. Before that, she held the role of Assistant General Manager – Organization Effectiveness, further honing her leadership skills.
Before joining Cadila, Himanshi worked at Felix Generics Private Ltd. as part of their Organization Effectiveness & Transformation team, where she played a key role in driving business transformation projects. Earlier in her career, she also held various HR leadership roles at Advantmed and Task Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
